The hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, albeit very large and comfortable for my family, weren't ready at check-in, causing a 2.5-hour delay with no offer of water. However, the room itself was perfect for us, offering lots of space, a balcony, tub and shower combo, big bed, excellent AC, on-site restaurants, and an amazing spa (even if it wasn't the one we booked through Booking).
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was very big and comfortable, especially the bed, and kept at the highest level of cleanliness. It was nice and big with two huge king-sized beds. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect for providing food, drink, and entertainment, and not far from Naama Bay. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, and the place seemed a little tired. Overall, a great value for the money.
